Ottawa, Canada, February 8, 2022 — CYDEF and GlassHouse Systems (GHS), a Canadian-based Security and Hybrid Cloud solution provider to the North American market, are pleased to announce an important partnership. We are announcing today the addition of CYDEF to GHS’s 24/7 Security Managed Services portfolio, and GHS’s role in providing Security Operations Centre (SOC) services to CYDEF.

GHS Security services help companies plan, architect, and implement solutions to enhance their security posture, and as a leading MSSP they provide expert managed security services. The GHS SOC includes a team of Tier 1 (Triage), Tier 2 (Investigators) and Tier 3 (Threat Hunter) analysts who use an extensive range of leading cybersecurity tools.

GHS clients will have access to CYDEF’s patents-pending Managed Detection and Response (MDR) as an important layer of protection against cyber-attacks.

Additionally, the partnership is a vital component in CYDEF’s move to a 24/7 model.
