CYDEF’s very own Chief Operating Officer, Elana Graham, was recently interviewed by William Sloan, from Roger’s Cybersecure Catalyst, about the role of women in cyber.
CYDEF has been very fortunate to have Elana as part of our executive management team since the very beginning. Internally, she’s described as a mover and shaker who gets things done. She leads with integrity, agility, courage, and with the respect of the entire CYDEF team.
In the interview, Graham describes the trajectory of her career, which began in the military. She talks about what’s needed to get into cybersecurity and offers words of wisdom for other women in this male-dominated industry.
